I have always followed the "Holy Trinity" of skincare: a balanced diet, plenty of sleep, and strict sun protection. However, at age 35, a problem I never worried about before emerged: loss of skin elasticity. I began scrutinizing myself in the mirror. "Was this wrinkle always there?" "Is my jawline sagging?" I realized the daily collagen drinks were no longer enough.

Last week, I decided to undergo my first in-office treatment. It wasn't Botox or fillers. Instead, I chose a non-invasive procedure that addresses my biggest concern: collagen loss.
